What is magma and lava?

   What is Magma?

Ans:- Due to enormous pressure and temp erature the substance of the earth's interior remain liquid, being mixed with gas and vapour is called magma.

Short Ans:- molten rock material inthe earth 's interior is known as magma

   What is lava?

Ans:- When hot molten magma of the earth's interior, comes out through the cracks and joints on the earth's surface, it is called lava As temperature rises a substance melts into liquid and increases in volume. On the other hand, when pressure increases, there happens to be a severe contraction in the same volume of mass. Both pressure and temperature are incredibly high in earth's interior.

Short Ans:- when this magma comes out to the earth's surface, it is as lava.

An account to igneous rocks Granite: continental crust, Basalt:ocenic crust by research studys

An account to igneous rocks Granite: Continental crust is mainly formed of this Ba rock. It is composed of quartz, feldspar, mica and ro homblende and the colour of this rock varies from white, grey to pink. This is an impermeable rock. Granite is m very much resistant to erosion as it is heavy and very hard. Granite is coarse granied as the magma is cooled and solidified very slowly in the earths interior (diameter >3 mm). Landforms developed on the regions of granite rock are generally rounded and domal.

What is geothermal energy? by research studys

What is geothermal energy? Answer: It is a type of energy. The temperature of the earth's core waves outward. This thermal power is known as geothermal energy. Many countries of the world produce electricity from this thermal power. Iceland meets upto 30% of the total energy requirement from geothermal energy. The U.S.A produces highest amount of electricity in the world from geothermal energy. Electricity production from geothermal energy reduces the use of fossil fuel (coal, petroleum).
